Sanctum (A new Jame's Cameron Movie)

Recommended Posts

Master diver Frank McGuire has explored the South Pacific's Esa-ala Caves for months. But when his exit is cut off in a flash flood, Frank's team - including 17-year-old son Josh and financier Carl Hurley - are forced to radically alter plans. With dwindling supplies, the crew must navigate an underwater labyrinth to make it out. Soon, they are confronted with the unavoidable question: Can they survive, or will they be trapped forever?

Boy.. looks like Jame's Cameron took no break from Avatar and began working on this. Planned to come out February 4th, does anyone want to see it? I do!

Edit - I thought Jame's Cameron directed this but apparently not. He's only a writer.

He was the producer, don't think he had anything to do with writing it, at least not according to the IMDB page anyway.

Looks like a great film though and producers do more imo anyway, they make the film what it is (technology, props, etc) and the director just says what he likes/doesn't like and gives opinions on what should be changed. That's why Cameron has been in the news more than the director has, and rightly so too!

Can't wait to see it!

JC is both writing and producing it.

He didn't really write it, and you don't want him to.

This movie has terrible, terrible reviews.

Frankly, I'm really upset that his name is even attached to it. Certainly is going to hurt his reputation a bit. And when his next real movie comes out (Avatar II) people might not take it as seriously.
